We recently used Kim Skinner for our mortgage renewal after having a lot of difficulty with other brokers who would not take the time to listen to our concerns and who were not informed about all the options available to us. Kim was efficient, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the intricate details of all types of mortgages and rates available to us. I first met Kim over 3 years ago when I thought of using some of the equity in my home to purchase a rental.  No problem.  Kim made it happen for me.
